Netinho, aos 60 anos, encontra-se hospitalizado no Hospital Aliança Star em Salvador devido ao retorno do linfoma, uma forma de câncer que compromete o sistema imunológico. O cantor foi diagnosticado com a doença em 2025. A equipe responsável por sua assessoria divulgou um comunicado informando sobre seu estado de saúde na quarta-feira (30/9) nas redes sociais.
O artista não atualizava seus fãs há um mês. Na mensagem, sua assessoria esclareceu o motivo do afastamento das redes sociais. “Netinho permanece internado em Salvador, onde está recebendo tratamento para a recidiva do linfoma não Hodgkin, que foi diagnosticado em 2025. Neste momento sensível, o cantor optou por se distanciar temporariamente da internet para focar todas as suas energias na recuperação e tratamento”, afirmou o comunicado.
